There is lots of great food in Florence Italy. You will often hear about famous sandwiches, bocconcini and various Italian delights. There is one thing most don’t associate with Florence food though and that is Pizza. That is right. There is a pizza place in Florence that has some of the best pizza I have ever tastes (and I have tried tons of pizza). The place is called Pizzaiulio. There you can get all kinds of pizzas from the more traditional affair to fascinating creations.
My favourite pizza there was a pizza that had tomato with burrata cream cheese. It was a delicious combination making use of the tasty Italian cheese that can’t be found anywhere else. There was also a prosciutto with stracchino cheese that was also to die for.
All these unique pizzas make it a place you simply have to try if you ever find yourself in Florence. Trust me, you won’t regret it!
